Hanmaum Seon Center of Daegu is dedicated to helping all beings learn to rely upon and discover their inherent Buddha-nature. In so doing they can discover this interconnected whole that we call Hanmaum, or one mind. In awakening to this and learning to live in tune with it, each of us can go forward on our own path of spiritual evolution with energy, wisdom, and as a blessing to all around us.
Here in Daegu, we live by Seon Master Daehaeng’s gentle instruction: "Entrust everything to your root and let go." It sounds simple, but
learning to trust that inner wisdom while navigating daily life—that’s where the real practice happens.
Our center has been a place where people discover that enlightenment isn’t about becoming someone different, instead, it’s about
relaxing into who you’ve always been.
