Hanmaum Seon Center of Gongju is dedicated to helping all beings learn to rely upon and discover their inherent Buddha-nature. In so doing they can discover this interconnected whole that we call Hanmaum, or one mind. In awakening to this and learning to live in tune with it, each of us can go forward on our own path of spiritual evolution with energy, wisdom, and as a blessing to all around us.
Our Gongju center exists to help people realize the one mind that connects all things. In this historic city, we practice the timeless truth
that every person carries within them everything they need to awaken.
Here at the edge of Busan’s busy harbor, we simply practice what the Buddha taught—your everyday life is the temple, your own heart the
